United Way Fund Drive

The annual Greater Rochester United Way Campaign completed another successful year. Pulsafeeder employees gave generously to the 2004 fund drive. With 47% participation from the employees, the company managed to raise almost $9,000 to help support the United Way which oversees health and human service organizations that are committed to customer focus and "taking care of their own" here in the Rochester area.

Red Cross Blood Drive

Pulsafeeder employees rolled up their sleeves in June to donate enough blood to save 48 lives. Thank you to all the donors. Also, thanks to our next-door neighbors at Don Allison's Sporting Goods, who joined us in this year's drive.

JP Morgan/Chase Corporate Challenge

The Rochester J. P. Morgan/Chase Corporate Challenge, a 3.5-mile road race through the campus of RIT, was held on May 27. Proceeds from the event benefit several charities, including Highland Park, and the Cornell Cooperative Extension.

This year, the race attracted a record 9868 participants from 368 companies and organizations in the Rochester area. There were 22 participants from Pulsafeeder, 10 women and 12 men.

Pat Miller was Pulsafeeder's fastest runner with 22:14 minutes followed by Jerry Connolly. Leading the women was Paula Rice with a time of 29:54 minutes. Congratulations to all who participated.
