A complete line of non-metallic Pressure Relief Valves (PRV) are strongly recommended for use and available with every Eclipse Series pump. PRV's are used to protect the pump and pumping system from over pressurization damage as the result of a closed or blocked discharge line.

Shaft Power Monitors are also recommended for use with the Eclipse Series pumps. This device utilizes the motor as a sensor to protect the pump during upset conditions like dry-run, cavitation or jamming.
