PULSAR's DLC (Digital Logic Controller) is a state-of-the-art microprocessor-based
stroke length controller.

- PULSARs with a DLC controllers maintain the industry's highest accuracy: +0.5% over a 10:1 turndown range
- Input signal variations as low as 0.02 mA are registered and converted into 0.1% stroke length adjustments.
- Input and output signals are both completely isolated.
- Up to 32 controllers can be networked - acting independently or slaved to one master pump
- Digital signal control allows simple setup of reverse acting control, split ranging, and batch control.
- Analog signals of 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, 1-5 mA, or 1-5 VDC can be used to control the pump
- OR - use RS485 communications to tie the DLC directly into a SCADA pacakge through MODBUS protocol - SAVING YOU MONEY!

DLCM (Digital Logic Controller)
PULSAR's DLCM (Digital Logic Controller) combines the advanced technology of our DLC
stroke length controller with a MOTOR SPEED CONTROLLER in one compact unit.
UNMATCHED TURNDOWN CAPABILITIES
- A turndown capability of 50:1 is possible using the DLCM.
- Accuracy remains at + 0.5% over the 50:1 range!
- Utilizes a WASHDOWN DUTY DC Motor with tachometer feedback.
FLEXIBLE CONTROL CAPABILITIES TO INTERFACE WITH ANY SYSTEM
- Completely isolated signals: up to two input signals and one output signal (0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, 1-5 mA, or 1-5 VDC)
- Remote START/STOP capability
- Remote indication of pump RUN/STOP
- Can be configured to read an input from another device (i.e., diaphragm leak detection, low level indicator, etc) to shut the pump off and signal an alarm. No need for a separate device!

ECA (Electronic Control Assembly)
The ECA (Electronic Control Assembly) combines the technology of our DLC (Digital Logic
Controller) and the simplicity of a standard 4-20 mA signal follower for automatic stroke length
adjustment over a 10:1 turndown range.
COMPLETE MICORPROCESSOR-BASED DIGITAL CONTROL
- The ECA has been modeled after our popular DLC Digital Stroke Length Controller.
- Input and output signals are both fully isolated.
- An optical encoder resolves and maintains stroke length position with pin-point accuracy.
- Input signal variations as low as 0.02 mA are registered and converted into 0.1% stroke length adjustments.
SIMPLE SIGNAL CALIBRATION
- NO MORE GAIN AND TRIM POTENTIOMETERS!
- The ECA offers SIMPLE 1-button calibration
- Send your low signal to the unit, press a button
- Send your high signal to the unit, press a button
