All PULSAR and PULSA Series diaphragm metering pumps can be equipped with the PULSALARM diaphragm leak detection system.
 
This vacuum system monitors an area of evacuated space between two diaphragms made with PTFE. If a loss of vacuum is detected, the leak detection system's dry contact relay can transmit a signal to activate an alarm and/or tie directy in to our DLC, DLCM, and ECA controllers to shut the pump off. And, as an exclusive feature, the vacuum system is designed to contain the full rated pressure of the pump - up to 207 bar (3000 psig).
