PULSAtron Series M uses a mechanically actuated diaphragm. The diaphragm is mechanically attached to the reciprocating piston. The reciprocating diaphragm displaces controlled volume of process fluid through the suction and discharge valve mechanism. This eliminates hydraulic fluid, simplifies maintenance, and minimizes power requirements. This also helps prevent product contamination and leakage.
Our guided check valves, with their state-of-the-art seat and ball designs, provide precise metering, and excellent priming and suction life characteristics. It also comes in a convenient cartridge.
PTFE-faced, metal-reinforced diaphragms are designed and constructed to exacting standards for leak-free, sealless integrity and long life.
The non-vented gear box design prevents the ingress of water and other harmful materials. The pump mechanism is housed in a greased, sealed housing for virtually “wear-free” operation.
Series M provides precise flow control. A large, easy-to-grip handwheel with 1% graduations allows control of the stroke setting to a resolution capability ¼% over a range from 1-100%. Accuracy is better than +/- 2% of rated capacity.
The PULSAtron Series M is highly adaptable. It’s simple to install with a small footprint and multiple motor orientation. Series M is able to fit any space requirement.
