Course Goal: Acquaint participants with pump theory of operation and methods of maintenance on pumps and controls.

  • Differences between lost motion and full motion pumps
  • Detail of the three (3) main hydraulic valves
  • Electronic stroke length actuators
    • ELMA
    • PULSAMATIC
    • DLC / DLCM
  • Accessories affecting pump performance
  • Hands-on with troubleshooting

Training certificates can be provided for participants upon completion of course if required.

NOTE: The above information is for one training session which may last from 6 to 8 hours. The class may be shortened to 4 hours so that two training classes can be accommodated in one day if desired.
